This is rated as 4 star, i must say it's 1 star. Rooms are small like rabbit huts. No bath accessories. You have to learn a skill from house keeping to open the simple digital lock. It's a avg hotel in excellent location but just 1 or 2 star not 4 star hotel

It was terrible. Knowing well their centralized ac is not working, they have allotted a room as per my booking through mmt. After 45 minutes of check in, i got a call from the reception that they are shifting few guest to their group hotel namely indie hotel vista woods which is 2. 5kms away from this hotel. Experience in indie hotel vista woods was like frypan to fire. This hotel tarrif is much cheaper than the hotel i booked through mmt. Difference amount were not refunded to me. Reasons (1) hotel has 01 lift which was not operational. (2) door lock was not opening through the card as it has lived its life (3)no house keeping done after the earlier guest check out (4) intercom was dead. (5) on switching on the tv it displays that cable connection needs to be recharged. (6) once the cable tv was recharged, it was found that the remote of the set-top box is not functioning. I will never recommend for staying in this hotel.

1. rooms and bed sheets were dirty. 2. ⁠no hot water supply. 3. ⁠bathrooms were not good at all 4. ⁠drinking water was also not good in taste. 5. ⁠overall poorly maintained.

The staff is very polite and cooperative and property need renovation it’s not seems to me a 4 star this really needs lots of improvements specifically in the rooms and bathrooms
